Yazmina is a Queer Moroccan-English Producer and DJ from London. Her production and sets are a melting pot of the sounds she grew up around in the culturally diverse backdrop of Hackney and the surrounding London landscape.
She has been heavily influenced by the RnB, Hip Hop and Neo-soul sounds that have soundtracked her life injecting these influences into her inimitable sound which traverses Tech House and Minimal.
Yazmina’s musical background lead her to a debut single on one of the most renowned house labels in dance music Glasgow Underground. This was quickly followed by a three track EP on premier tech house imprint Hottrax announcing her entrance into the house music scene in style.
2024 will see her expand and evolve her sound, with release on more benchmark labels across the house music spectrum. Plus collaborations with artists focused on pushing the envelope in the dance music world, one thing is certain expected the unexpected when it comes to Yazmina!
